  • Exhibition Services: Booth design, installation, and management for trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Event Services: Planning, organizing, and executing corporate and private events.

3. Engagement and Acceptance

  • By engaging our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • A formal agreement or contract outlining specific project details, timelines, and fees may be required for certain services.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services will be outlined in a quotation or contract provided to the Client.
  • Payment terms will be specified in the contract, and may include deposits, milestones, and final payments.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as specified in the contract.

5. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement.
  • Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Avance Adcomm retains ownership of all intellectual property created during the course of providing services until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, the Client will receive rights to use the deliverables as specified in the contract.
  • The Client warrants that any materials provided to Avance Adcomm for use in the project do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client shall provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals required for the timely execution of services.
  • The Client shall ensure that any materials provided are accurate and free from errors.

8. Amendments and Revisions

  • Any changes or revisions to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional fees.
  • Avance Adcomm will accommodate reasonable revisions; however, excessive changes may result in additional charges.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period.
  • Termination fees or refunds will be handled as per the terms outlined in the contract.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Avance Adcomm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • The total liability of Avance Adcomm for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for those services.

11. Force Majeure

  • Avance Adcomm shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or other labor disputes, pandemics, and governmental restrictions.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • Avance Adcomm reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be made available on our website.
  • Continued use of our services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
